The 'grandparents', as they are called by all the children, were warmly welcomed by our prevention project team. The children from the adjacent slum were so excited about the visit from Germany. They have already helped practically in our projects in South America several times and are long-time donors. 

Their visits always bring a lot of joy to the children and young people in the projects, as the couple takes a lot of time to play and have fun with the children. But those who enjoy the reunion most are the children and young people who already know the couple from their previous visits.
