New Form of Support in Sucre

Bolivia

Although many restrictions were imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are exciting changes at the Transformation House in Bolivia.

For many years we used to keep a janitor’s apartment on the premises of our Transformation House in Sucre. The apartment will serve a new purpose now: it was turned into a shared apartment for young men and was therefore renovated.

Two of our boys have turned 18. They will be able to live in the shared apartment until they finish school, and at the same time they will have the opportunity to learn to live more independently and to take responsibility for themselves. They will also keep receiving support from our staff of the Transformation House. This step is to help them prepare for the start of an independent life after school.
