The common vision of all our projects in South America is to provide shelter for street children and those in need, to give them hope for their future, and to equip them with the necessary tools to make a difference and bring about change in their own lives, their immediate surroundings, and their nations.

That is why our projects go far beyond providing for basic needs such as food, shelter, and education. We want to nurture people's individual talents and abilities so that they can grow beyond their natural limitations or those dictated by circumstances.

One way of doing this is through creative activities and education. To this end, TOS Ministries International provides children with music lessons and purchases instruments so that they can discover and develop their talents.

In our projects in Jujuy, northern Argentina, and Asunción, Paraguay, children and young people have been receiving extra music lessons for several months now. The results can be seen in their first performances. The children in Sucre, Bolivia, are also enthusiastically using the instruments that were purchased there. In Lima, Peru, and Asunción, we have formed bands that play at a wide variety of events.

This encourages the creativity of the mostly young musicians and allows them to start dreaming of things that go far beyond the possibilities of their origins and circumstances. In addition to music and dance, other sports, cooking, and crafts are also the focus of the support measures.
