The project for a bicycle swap program for the children in the neighborhood of our project in Paraguay has been running for some time now. When their old bike is broken they can bring it to the Transformation House. While they leave the workshop with a cleaned and roadworthy bike, their old bike stays behind and gets fixed up for another child who brings their broken bike for the exchange.
