"In gratitude to Ralf and Elke Steinmetz" is the inscription on the plaque on the wall outside the Transformation House in Paraguay. Ralf and Elke Steinmetz, a couple from Germany, built the project in Paraguay. The plaque was placed to honor and express gratitude to them. The first Transformation House was built in Asunción as early as 2001.
